Terms And Conditions Of Specials
Rates include:
- Free airport delivery and drop off
- Free Hotel transfer and drop off during office hours in Cape Town Centre
- Unlimited kilometres
- Theft insurance
- Collision damage waiver
- Excess are valid within the boarders of South Africa only
- 14% VAT - Tourism Levy and Airport Surcharges
- National Road Side Assistance - 24 hours / 365 days a year
Rates exclude:
- Child-seat R 30 per day, max. R 330
- Excess
- Fuel (fuel deposit will be taken at the beginning of the rental, amount will
be determined by vehicle type)
- - contract fee R 28 -R40
per rental
- Delivery and collection fees R 4.40 per kilometer
- Young drivers (under 23, over 21) surcharges of R 100 per day
- Once off 2nd additional driver charges of R 140 per extra driver
- After hours delivery and collection fee R 280
- One way drop off fee between R 400 - R 900 in all the major cities in South
Africa (except one way fee to Windhoek(Namibia) R 1500
- No insurance on Windows, Tyres, Rims, Hubcaps
- Extension rates (if you extend your rental without approval)
- Cross border fees R 1000 (group Cape not allowed)

cars are quoted "or similar" that means we cannot promise what kind of car you
get, just the group. Rates are subject to change without prior notice - Standard

Method Of Payment For Specials
How payment works: Upon collection of the vehicle, or
delivery the clients credit card will be charged with the rental amount, an
additional day's rental and a tank of fuel (between R 300-500, depending on the
vehicle). Any expenses for extras e.g.. 2nd additional driver charge, will
also be billed. On return of the vehicle and when your final invoice has been
calculated, any monies due back to the client will be refunded within four
working days. Any amounts due to the car hire company will be charged to your
credit card. Additionally, an authorisation hold will be placed on your card
for the applicable excess amount, this hold will be released within 2 working
days once the car has been returned.
Insurance Cover:
We offer the following insurance (excess waivers) with our vehicles for
rental in and out of South Africa
With all damages, theft or accidents to vehicles an administration fee of a
maximum R 500 will apply.
Standard cover in case of any damage to or theft of the
vehicle: In South Africa the client will be liable for the maximum amount of the
excess. The standard cover doubles in the following countries: Botswana,
Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho & Swaziland. In Mozambique the excess is R 35
000.
Super cover (executive cover or excess waiver) in case of
accident or theft of the vehicle: In South Africa the client will be covered
(liable for administration fee). In the following countries: Botswana, Namibia,
Zimbabwe, Lesotho & Swaziland the excess is the same as
Standard-cover-excess according to the group of vehicle. In Mozambique the
excess is R 9000. |
Breach of Contract: All related and unrelated costs shall be borne by
the Renter in the case of Breach of Contract. Examples of Breach of Contract
are:-
**Accident occurring after vehicle is due back **Driving under the
influence of alcohol **Accident due to traffic
violations **Negligence **Unauthorised drivers **Damage to windows,
tyres, rims, hubcaps, radios(you can take the face off all radios)
